Real time overview of operations, including vehicle capacity and customer waiting times allowing you to adjust the offer at any time.

Customer communication

Central control for creating, modifying and viewing booking details.  All bookings channels (telephone, app or whatsapp bot) and customer support including notification type (push, mail, SMS), mobility type (for wheelchair or mobility aid users) tracking of payments are handled by the back office.
